Level Three: Applicability and Customized Level Training
This is the third level of training offered to the trainers who have successfully completed the second level and have minimum six months of training experience. It helps the participants to critically analyze the problems, identify the corrective and curative modalities for their subjects. It also enables them to measure the impact of training on the subject and make requisite changes based on the receptivity and outcome of the behavioral registers. This program prepares the participants to establish them as expert trainers who can execute the training programs for their clients, customize it and gauge the impact independently.
The objective of this program is:
- To optimally use the device, its several functionalities and use it to their advantage
- To use the device for multi-disciplinary diagnostic purposes
- To plan and customize training sessions according to the requirement independently
- To analyze the impact of the diagnosis and intervention in a scientific manner.
Duration
It is a ten days residential training program conducted in a place chosen by the Emo Cog Solutions. In one training program, approximately 5 to 10 participants are offered the training. This training is conducted in selected places. In this training program, the prospective participants stay at the training centre and also get an opportunity to interact with the trainer after the workshop.
After completing this training, the participants will be able to use the device for brain training and mapping purposes. They will also be able to diagnose the limiting behavior on the basis of the findings. They will be able to correlate the findings with the prospective client or subjects and offer a corrective program accordingly.
They will also become eligible to take up the corporate training, run the ECS centers, and conduct the basic level of training of the willing participants on their own.
